What do you need for your first session?

Before each session, a pre-consultation will be performed to find out where the source of your pain is coming from and an attack plan will be written up


What should I do during the session?

You want to focus on relaxing your body. Deep breathing helps as it helps the body relax. Additional tension will accumulate if you hold your breath during the deep techniques.
